Company History

A corporation founded in 2004 and headquartered in Santa Ana, RMC, Inc. is a transportation firm that provides program management, planning, and design services to public and private clients in Southern California.  We have significant experience working with many cities; OCTA; RCTC; Caltrans Districts 7, 8 & 12; Counties of Los Angeles, Riverside, and Orange; federal, state, and many other local agencies.  Because of the range of transportation projects we have worked on, we have extensive experience and familiarity with Caltrans design policies and procedures.

RMC, Inc. was founded by Tony Rahimian, PE, to provide program and project management services to public and private sector clients for their transportation projects.  In 2007, Jamal Salman, PE, joined the firm as a principal, bringing extensive experience and familiarity with Caltrans design policies and expanding the firm’s portfolio of services to include planning, design, and construction management.

RMC, Inc. Corporate Office Moves to New Location – Posted October 20, 2007
As of June 2007, RMC, Inc. has moved from our original location to the Griffin Towers building located in Santa Ana to sustain our continuously growing staff.  We look forward to providing our clients with the same quality service from a larger, centrally-located office tower.  RMC, Inc. can now be found at 6 Hutton Centre Drive, Suite 1250, Santa Ana, CA 92707 and by phone at (714) 662-3020.
