On-Call Project Management Consulting Services, County of
Riverside Transportation Department
RMC is currently providing on-call project management consulting
services for transportation related projects throughout Riverside
County including but not limited to:
- Overseeing work of other consultants
- Project management services for Transportation Uniform Mitigation
Fee (TUMF), capital, and developer funded projects.
- Growth Management Planning and Oversight
Scope of services includes coordination
among a major developer consortium, Ramona Mobility Group
(RMG), RCTC, and the County staff to develop a comprehensive
arterial capacity enhancement program. RMG is funding the
infrastructure needs and phasing analysis. The County is working
with individual developers with the goal of successful whole
area plan implementation. The project also requires coordination
and cooperation with Caltrans District 8 and the two neighboring
cities of Perris and San Jacinto.
Additional projects under RMC, Inc. management include:
- Reche Canyon/Pigeon Pass. RMC, Inc.
is coordinating major widening improvements currently
in final design to alleviate congestion on these two major
arterials used as alternatives to the freeway system.
- I-215/Ramona
Expressway. RMC, Inc. is coordinating interchange improvements
being developed to add capacity for future nearby
commercial and residential development.
