Riverside County-Orange County CETAP Corridor, RCTC

RMC, Inc. is currently assisting the Riverside County Transportation Commission in the development of scopes of work for preliminary engineering work and geotechnical investigations outlined as part of the Locally Preferred Strategy from the Riverside County-Orange County Major Investment Study.  The proposed CETAP corridor consists of a tunnel that will pass through the hills on the south side of SR-91, providing relief to the already overburdened SR-91 corridor.  RMC, Inc. responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Actively managing continued corridor development efforts
• Actively working with consultant teams and public outreach firms in an inclusive public outreach process
• Giving presentations on the project to advisory groups, elected officials, and supporting committees
• Attending team meetings at OCTA and RCTC offices to review project progress as well as resolve key issues and potential problems
• Taking appropriate action to ensure timely and integrated production of all work tasks
• Preparing monthly progress reports to the agencies describing overall progress of the work, discussing significant issues, and presenting proposed next steps as appropriate
